poor warranty's and customer service – After walking Thur the mall with my wife, She informed me there was a purse she would like for her birthday that she had seen in deb.so i went in to buy the purse. Seeing two of the same purse and seen that one had a broken zipper (it was marked 10% off for the only and main broken zipper of the bag,if you can believe it!
