Deb has and her crew were and are phenomenal agents. We sold our condo in Andersonville at a little bit above asking price. And she was there for every step of the process, including the unusual situation of helping us arrange a non-warrantable mortgage (our building was in the midst of litigation at the time). She negotiated in ways that were protective of us, but very fierce and independent as well. She made the entire process, understandable safe, and the result was incredibly successful
