Deb was absolutely perfect throughout the process of selling my house! It was a single family home in Albany Park, and it needed a fair amount of love when I first brought her. She gave me solid guidance about what I should, or could, do to fix it up in order to list it at a higher price. She had realistic quotes, and the work turned out pretty much exactly as she described! It sold super fast, the process was easy and efficient, and I felt like Deb had my best interest at heart.
