All about this company sucks.
On 02/16/2026, we had a pick-up appointment scheduled between 08:00–16:00 under FCFS. I believe they are still operating on an FCFS basis. We picked up a 32°F reefer load. The driver checked in at 1:40 PM and was assigned a door immediately. The pick-up was completed at 2:40 PM. It was very fast—many thanks to the team!
stay away from this place it takes soo long to even assign a door. very tight space and no restroom available. y'all better think twice before book a loan from this facility
Not a bad place to pick up very tight docs but doable. Park out on the street before check in . There’s overnight parking if you get a spot . It wasn’t as bad as some of the reviews say they got me out in just a few hours
