I came in to Deb & Co after having a NIGHTMARE customer service encounter at Icon, just around the corner. (See my review of Icon for details) The lady who cut my hair (I'm an idiot for not getting her name) was very friendly, took a genuine interest in our discussion, was mindful of how I wanted my hair to look, and was just amazing in every way a hair stylist can be.
