Struggling with this one. They have done good work in the past, however they choose when they want to respond. I have had a ticket in for many weeks now to repair our boat lift. They are busy, but what I hate is that I leave voicemails and they simply refuse to respond for an update. This has happened many times on other projects, as you are at their mercy regarding communication. Frustrating to say the least.
Mike was super helpful in determining exactly what I needed and was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend them for all of your lake life needs. Wish I could give them a 5+ star rating.
Built a new dock system for me two years ago and it was super. Moved and serviced my old lift and that was great also.
These folks were great to work with from beginning to end. They did our seawall and our dock. Great job all the way around!
