There customer service is very fast to respond and Mike is a great guy to do business with. He always is prompt to emails when asking for parts for our EZ dock system.
I have been positively surprised by the amazing customer service. I was very distraught trying to find a part for my Sea Doo port that is very difficult to get (many dealers won’t ship) and often expensive. Mr. Mike Deaton answered my email immediately and took care of this and even sent me the part for free. This is unheard these days. I am incredibly impressed with the support and customer service. Highly recommend.!!!
The Indianapolis Rowing Center hosts multiple large scale and championship regattas a year, along with daily operations of 300+ rowers and 15+ rowing launches each day from March - November.
