I signed a contract with Deaton Waterfront Services in Fortville, Indiana, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. They took over three months past the estimated completion date to finish the work, and when it was finally done, the quality was far from satisfactory. Christina Owens, who has taken our phone calls and responds to emails, is incredibly rude and dismissive. She seems bothered taking phone calls. You guys were a no-show, no call last week for a work order we had in. We called and emailed last week, with no response....until this afternoon, when we received a short email, basically demanding that we open the boat house, because your guys showed up unannounced. Struggling with this one. They have done good work in the past, however they choose when they want to respond. I have had a ticket in for many weeks now to repair our boat lift. They are busy, but what I hate is that I leave voicemails and they simply refuse to respond for an update. This has happened many times on other projects, as you are at their mercy regarding communication. Frustrating to say the least.
Mike was super helpful in determining exactly what I needed and was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend them for all of your lake life needs. Wish I could give them a 5+ star rating.
