If you want a warranty on the tree, don't purchase it on sale for 10% or 20% off regular price. At the time of purchase I was told they only warranty trees if they plant it, so I paid for them to do so just to have the guarantee. Well the tree did not survive and now they are telling me it is not under warranty because I bought the tree at sale price.
