I cannot describe how phenomenal Deaton Plumbing was to work with! We came back to a 35° house with all of our plumbing frozen and from start to finish, they took care of us like family. They made room in their day to immediately come over and start assessing the damage, quickly reestablish water so that we could move back into our home, and continued working on all the damage with excellent communication, fantastic efficiency and professionalism. Had an excellent experience with Deaton Plumbing. They went out of their way to make time to address our plumbing disaster and help us recover functionality in our home. They made a highly stressful experience much easier, took great care of us, had excellent communication, and reasonable rates. Highly recommend!
My mother used this company to set a toilet and they charged her $314 to set a toilet that she bought. I’m a contractor by trade and that is absolutely insane to charge someone that much for a 15 minute job. If anybody is considering using this company be aware they will over charge you by a very large margin. This is what gives people in the trades bad names
Absolut excellence in customer service! Our well pump went out with the pressure gauge, and we had no water for our animals or us at our farm. They were able to make it the same day. After that, our 20-year-old water softener broke the next day, and again, there was no water. The same day, they replaced so we had water on our farm. Indeed the best customer service I have ever had for a service provider. As a small business owner myself, they truly out did themselves!
