We have used Deaton plumbing for a clogged drain and to install a new hot water heater. My husband was very ill and couldn't go to the basement. So Jason walked him thru the steps of what they were doing with the hot water heater.Helped my husband feel part of what was going on.They have always been timely, courteous, professional and done a through job. They always wear shoe coverings and clean up their job site. Very reasonable in their rates also! I would recommend them!
Brandon got me on the next day! Very kind & professional. The guys that came out were the same way! Luckily I haven't had to call him often. But definitely will always use Deaton Plumbing!
Deaton Plumbing did a spot repair on my main water line. Nick and Brandon were great and took the time to explain everything to me. Pricing was completely fair. Communication throughout the whole process from getting a quote to the final repair was excellent. They were punctual as well. I would highly recommend them! This company has been my go to for plumbing for the last 10 years. They’ve never let me down. Again today they came through for me when I needed them most. My hot water heater started spewing water everywhere this afternoon. As soon as I got the water turned off I immediately called Deaton Plumbing and again they came to my rescue. They assured me that they would not leave without hot water over the weekend.
