Jan 2026 ice storm took our power pole off the house :( called a few companies for estimates. Their price was unbelievably affordable compared to anyone else!! Which was a blessing for not being able to work all week due to the storm. They were able to come out the next morning. Took care of everything in about 1.5 hrs even having to go get another part from town. Jesse and Robert came out to replace an entry hall light. With vaulted ceilings the job needed a ladder tall enough to reach the installation point. The setup of the ladder was laborious in itself. They were aware of the space needed for the ladder and moved the furniture in the area to ensure nothing was damaged. They put down some protection on the floor to ensure the wood floors did not get scratched. After the job was completed they were careful with removing the ladder and moved the furniture back. I am very glad I went with this company. I have to go out of town in a couple days and my power stopped working in a couple rooms upstairs despite nothing showing on the breaker box. They were able to squeeze me in last minute and very quickly diagnose the problem and fix the issue. They were very respectful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Deaton Electric going forward!
