Tracy & his crew is the best of the best. I am lucky to have gotten connected to him through my realtor - he came out almost 4 years ago when I first purchased the house and advised me on when I'd need to replace my very old unit/the best action plan for ductwork. He's come out about once a year whenever I had any issues, but I finally bit the bullet this summer and replaced it all. My AC bill decreased by an average of $100/month (and $200+ in the summer). Tracy put a new unit in my house about 5 years ago. He did a great job and he stands behind his work. He has serviced mine and helped me out when after a storm it quit working. He coached me through what I needed to do. Mind you this was at 10:00pm. Then called me back 20 minutes later to make sure my ac was cooling. He is so kind and professional , also practices that old time customer service .
