Haircut was horrible.. I showed her a pic of the style I wanted and verbally explained to her but she assumed I wanted a VERY short "butch" hairdo!! I'm miserable & have to hide out for 6 months or so til it grows back!! NEVER again will I go back!!

I will never let her color my hair again. I always thought she was this really sweet lady, but she didn't color my hair as I'd asked her to, but heavily insisted she had. I cannot stand the way it looks & when I tried to remind her of what I asked she insisted it was that, when it's clearly not. She refused to fix it or issue a refund. I wanted her to fix to the way I'd asked for it to be initially & she refused both, claiming "It looks beautiful, you need to change your attitude about it & learn to like it. We are new to town, and I just took five of my kids in for cuts yesterday and she quickly but expertly took care of each of their unique needs. We won’t go anywhere else. She’s has the gift.
