I filed a claim with my home owner insurance for water damage at the end of May 2020. I paid my deductible and insurance company issued a check for repairs. I am still waiting for repairs to start. This company doesn’t communicate well nor do they have respect for the clients time. I am still waiting for that promised phone call on the start date from the General Manager Jay Deas.
Billy the project manager just told me to take down my review by Monday. I felt very threatened because he wouldn't leave my house. I reiterate DO NOT USE THEM!!! Do not go with them!!! They will give you a time estimate and take four time as long!! I'm still waiting on a job that was supposed to take a week, It's been two months. Instead of finishing the job at one time, they break it into 2 hour segments whenever they do actually show up. They also say they're coming and don't show up. TJ, Brian and Donovin did a great job with mitigation from water damage. They were professional, knowledgeable, timely and efficient. We haven't completed the remediation yet, but this portion was excellent.
