We worked with Todd Dearth when we did a major remodeling project on a home we purchased. Todd was the original builder, and the former owner highly recommended him. We couldn’t have been more pleased with his efforts - Todd had a exceptional attention to quality, gave us good ideas, and completed our multi-faceted project on schedule. Todd Dearth and his team were quick to respond to our needs. After listening to our thoughts and desires, they put a plan together and it was expedited right on time. Todd did great job on our remodel starting with a fantastic redesign and managed the project very well even through COVID. He is very reliable and personally visits the site routinely to ensure everything is done to the highest standards that I expected.
