Disappointed in service! Took our Stihl chainsaw in for repair/service. They told us they required a 50.00 deposit to do work. After 2.5 weeks they call saying our chainsaw is toast (bad pistons) but they can sell us a new one. We went back to pick up our chainsaw and they said the 50.00 was non refundable but again promoting us to buy new. We brought our old one home, with the chainsaw muffler still off and had a friend take a look at it. Within an hour, bam he had it working again.
