This is horrible. I paid these people $1500.00 in October of 2015 to do my daughters bankruptcy and 4 months later they are still asking for more paperwork. The office person (Joanne) is doing all the work and the attorney is absent. I have been told many times that they have all they need only to find out that they are asking my daughter for paperwork; most of which she has already sent!
