Chase made a miracle happen in a case I thought had no good possible outcome. He worked a deal out that saved me from jail time and also helped keep my family from going through a very rough patch. I recommend him to anyone in a tough situation in the mobile/ Baldwin County area!
After hiring this law firm to fight a case for us we were highly disappointed at the results. We spent a lot of money only to end up getting handed off. Now we’re out of money and a lot of wasted time. This law firm may have worked out for others but unfortunately it did not work out for us .
Do NOT retain Chase for a Federal case. He appeared competent on State level and expected a favorable outcome. As soon as the Feds took over the case he folded like a paper bag. He took the money and threw in the towel on the first court appearance. HE PUT UP NO FIGHT! A public defender would have worked harder than he did. No confidence in him. He is NOT who you want for a Federal case.
