I can't recommend Rob highly enough. He was so accurate, honest, and knowledgable in all of our conversations, guided me through the process very patiently, came in right as budgeted, and got my couch repair done even earlier than expected. My couch was a street-salvaged find- so nothing special at all- but Rob couldn't have been nicer getting it up and running for me. So wonderful to work with and I'm so happy with the results of the repair. Thanks Rob and team!
