While the actual technician and facility was fine, I was tasked with going to a sleep doctor that doesn't take my insurance. When I called the lab back and told them this, I was told I could go to my PCP. This was a blatant lie because when I went to my PCP he couldn't help me whatsoever. Then their receptionist brushed me off putting the whole business on me to deal with my insurance company.
