On July 29, 2016 I have appointment at 1pm, I discovered another patient was booked at the same time! I spoke to the front desk girl, she admitted that there was a mistake from another girl!! Unbelievable! I being waiting more than 2 hours! Manager should check in the system and call me to figure out this incident. Horrible Patient Experience.
I always have a great experience at this clinic. The staff is kind and welcoming, and Tiffany is amazing! She’s always so caring, helpful, and takes the time to listen. I truly appreciate her.
Dr. Tiffany is amazing! She is kind, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen. She made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who genuinely cares about their patients.
Tiffany is the best!!! She never says no to seeing patients no matter how late. Almost 50 people in one day! That is so amazing. She very through. Always professional and always dressed her best.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at any doctors office. A month wait time just to see the doctor only for them to come tell me before my appt that the doctor was running behind and there was going to be a longer wait. I agreed to see the other provider at the office just to get in but they proceeded to throw me in the room and still make me wait another 15 mins with nobody coming in. Ended up walking out. Very poorly ran office. Avoid at all costs. Don’t let people disrespect your time.
