I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves it. I was left sitting in the waiting room for over 45 minutes past my appointment time with no apology or explanation. The receptionist was more interested in scrolling her phone than helping patients. Totally unprofessional and disorganized. I won’t be back.
Extremely unprofessional and just wants your money
I came in for a routine cleaning and left in pain. The hygienist was so rough that my gums were bleeding for two days afterward. I mentioned my discomfort and was brushed off like I was being dramatic. Absolutely unacceptable.
Very unprofessional, and only sees you as a paycheck.
I came into the office as an emergency patient with severe wisdom tooth pain, and Dr. Baydoun was incredibly professional and accommodating. He assessed the situation quickly and removed the tooth in just five minutes. The entire procedure was smooth, painless, and handled with great care. I was so impressed with how easy and seamless the experience was. I highly recommend this office for anyone needing prompt and expert dental care.
