I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The dentist was very gentle, explained each step clearly, and ensured a smooth and pain-free treatment. The clinic is clean, modern, and well organized. I’m very satisfied with the care and would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone. 🦷
Negative experience with the dentist. He had no bedside manner: he did not introduce himself, did not give any details about the procedure before/during/after, and was out of the room before I could even sit up. The hygienist didn’t know what tooth had just been worked on when asked. The dentist asked if I had a gun in my bag as a “joke”. Making cash payment was difficult. Will not be coming back and highly recommend others to stay away if you care about being treated like a human and not a bag of flesh.
