Mallory and Ellie are both amazing! They are wonderful body workers, trauma informed, and have helped me to decrease pain in my body. If you’re looking for a nurturing, welcoming, environment, you won’t go wrong seeing either of them!
For the first time ever I have become truly consistent with weekly acupuncture as part of my self care. This is entirely credited to Mallory's expertise and care as an acupuncturist. Her treatments nearly always put me to sleep (this is a huge achievement for my wound up nervous system) and I leave feeling more relaxed, patient, and in less pain than when I walked in. Her treatments have become an essential part of my toolkit for functioning in my life. The space is as welcoming as Mallory. :)
I am a military vet who has been dealing with a piriformis and sciatica nerve issues for a year and half. Mallory has been wonderful. I started seeing her about 3 months ago. she was able to find all my trouble areas and treat them appropriately. She is very good at what she does. she is able to find all my balls of stress and tightness and get a needle right where they can release the stress/tension out.
