Francis is a consummate professional. He listened to me carefully and then devised a treatment regime He is great
BEWARE! Upon instruction from her GP my 78 year old mother had to cancel her appointment with Mr Francis after receiving results from a scan. She provided a letter from the NHS as a reason for the cancellation but Mr Francis would not give a refund. He ignored the initial voicemail and Email that was sent to discuss the matter but eventually having spoken on the phone said he would look into it. He didn't change his mind. What a lovely way to treat a pensioner with a genuine reason to cancel. Sent from my Galaxy
I first went to Francis Connor over 10 years ago as I had sciatica. He helped relieve the pain whilst I was awaiting a back operation. I have visited him over the years for different aches and pains. Most recently with shoulder issues. I will continue to use his clinic.
I have been having treatment for many years with Francis ,he is proffessional and puts you at ease will answer any of your concerns and can advise you on excercise to help with any issues. I would not hesitate to recommend. Excellent !
