Would never use them again. I am not happy at all with their lack of desire to pay attention to detail.
I have always for at least the last 20 years, had my vehicles serviced at Dean's Transmissions and I have NEVER had a problem with anything or anyone. Terrible company to do business with. Not reliable or professional. Would not let them repair any thing. Should be put "Off-Limits" by the military. Upon initial contact with the staff, at DEAN'S TRANSMISSION on Skibo Rd., In Fayetteville, NC I had to make several requests for a written quote. When I finally recieved the written qoute it was absent all the vital information except for the price.
