Stopped by Dean’s sweet on the recommendation of another local business owner. I love to check out local chocolatiers whenever I travel. The shop is small with a small selection of chocolates and I purchased a 4 pack of truffles. I tried the dark chocolate blueberry, dark chocolate raspberry and dark chocolate mint. The raspberry and blueberry ganaches didn’t have much in the way of fruit flavor and the chocolate itself had a pretty muted flavor. Maybe I ordering the wrong items but this just wasn’t my favorite.
Good chocolate but weirdly enough it's cheaper if you can find them in other stores, you'd think coming to the source it's be cheaper but they probably do more wholesale than walk in orders. At least there's no wait in there stores.
A little expensive but delicious chocolate! Loved the orange and salt caramel. Scotch was so unique and the espresso was a little too sweet.
