What a gem! I'm half tempted to sabotage something on my bike so I can hang out with Dean and bend his ear a bit. A wealth of information, a warm smile, and I am certain a kind heart - looking forward to spending all my bike allowance at his shop!
My e-scooter punctured when i ran over a wall clip thingy... Took my scooter to Deans. Fixed around by an hour, the price was super affordable. As commented by other reviewer - the gentleman is a bike whisper! Even that he didnt charge me extra - I felt like he look additional adjustment and the scooter drove even better than before!
Was super helpful and adjusted my e-bike brakes in about 2 minutes.
This man is a bike whisperer! Dean is a great guy, super helpful, and tremendously experienced. I’ve brought multiple bikes to him for service (especially shifting problems that I couldn’t work out) and he always gets everything running perfectly. The longest turnaround I’ve had with him is about 24 hours. For a lot of minor tuning he just fixed it on the spot. Hands down the best bike shop on the island!
