They have always come out same day I contacted them and always fixed the issue. Have been with them for 20+
I called them for service and they did not show up. I had to call two more times and wait two more days for them to finally show up. I stayed home waiting for them when I had things I could have been doing. The lady I talked to apologized and said the pump out service would be free. After completing the service call I was told I owed $235. I told the worker that I was told it was free, he called the office and the lady said she never told me that. I'll never use them again.
!!!!! Very unprofessional !!!!!!!! They did a service and then fell off the face of the earth We have Tried for 3 days all day long to reach them for a receipt and no answer and sent multiple emails , this is a HORRIBLE. Way to run a company Tried both numbers provided online and the Phone was busy for a hour then it rang for 20 mins as I left my phone on speaker
Paid them almost 300 buck to pump out my tank here it is 6 months later and having all kinds of issues called them back owner came out said field lines needed to be replaced and havent seen or heard from them since
