In the past 5 years they've installed 2 different security systems for me. Each time, soon after the installation they moved my account to ADT (1st) system and Brinks (2nd system). Their salesman reminds me of the "old used car salesman" say anything just to get yoy to purchase. Each time their installation person quit Dean's soon after my installation, both were nice guys!
