Completely unreliable arranged to drop my car off to have it repaired didn’t even bother to show up and I was asked to bring it in early sat there for over half an hour attempted to contact on mobile and text with no reply. Called back at supposed opening time still closed and mobile just going straight to voice mail. Took 2 days off work to have this work done and I work for the NHS so taking time off at short notice especially this time of year is difficult.
