He's horrible. Never answers his phone and he doesn't know much..

Dean's a nice guy, but he's NOT very easy to get a hold of. Waited weeks for him to replace the compressor on my fridge, then it died again and he won't return my calls. He makes appointments and never shows. Not much for service. You are taking a risk here.
