Got a flat tire and filled out a service request with insurance, they told me 30-60 minutes and Dean was there within 30 minutes! He was very friendly and super helpful!

This is the only auto repair shop I will bring my vehicles! Everyone that works there is knowledgeable and service was fast!
I talked to customer service rep who requested a lien, Which I mailed to her but she claimed she didn't receive it nor did she believe I mailed then went on to bark order and trying to bully me into overnighting another right there and then. She was rude and a bully! I wouldn't want to do business with them at any cost.
