Everything related to our experience with Dean's Northtown Auto was great. As two senior citizens who's car broke down outside Mankato, we were concerned about many things. As soon as the tow driver showed up, we were assured that Dean would take care of us. Bob the driver was correct. It was an entertaining, relaxed experience. Don't reccoment Dean:s Northtown Auto – Can't even rate it... There's not a less than star... They had my boyfriends car for over 2 weeks to fix the A/C and radio.. And to clean it... Needless to say they dropped the car off and the only thing done was the radio because they took it to the VW dealer at exadtly the same time I was supposed to pick it up to have the radio fixed... The A/C didn't work when they dropped it off.. Same part not working that he supposedly replaced... Car was filthy inside and oiut... He was suppose... read more
