The service is always fantastic. The repairs are always perfect. They offer a wide range of jewelry and work with customers to find the perfect piece. This is my go to jewelry store.
When I go, there always a greeting at the door. Associates are alway will to help and make suggestions for what a person is looking for.
I had a wonderful time with Tori today. I was terrified it would go south having to bring two children but she made the experience feel like walking into a friend's store. 10/10. Thank you so so much, she loved the necklace 💗
Jeff and the staff at Deans are the best. I called him on a Tuesday 3 days before going out of town with a very special request (hard to find diamond studs) for an anniversary present. He found exactly what I wanted and had it in 2 days. Best customer service ever!
