If you're thinking about using this company (or maybe you're being FORCED to by your property manager), look elsewhere. I've been trying to get a refund for a $107 overcharge that apparently corporate greed says I can't have. Like really? Giant corporation ... you don't need $107. But I *do* need to put groceries on my table. Shame on you.
