We had a broken drain pipe under the basement floor. This was a big plumbing job for sure. While expensive, their price was competitive with other quotes we received and seemed to be fair. Alan was up front a thorough explaining how they would fix it. I received a quote very quickly. Nathan and Nick the plumbers were friendly, professional and did great work!
Wade did a great job for me. I was very thankful for his work into the evening hours. He has a good attitude and taught me what I needed to know to understand the problem and the repair that was done.

I did not have a repair service performed. I had to consult with one of the Dean’s estimators. We discussed my current system, my goals, and what I was trying to do. He answered my questions, demonstrated that he understood my goals and provided me with an estimate of the work quickly and professionally.
