Good response on phone call , very polite Technician explained, what was the problem, how it’s going to fix and if customer asked questions and explained his work very patiently and triple times checked around the work place if leakage spotted or all good , not much noise when he was working , this was my first service and it’s good , thanks
We loved working with Eli—he was outstanding. We’ll likely request him every time. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and transparent, guiding us through the entire process while teaching us things along the way that we’re genuinely glad to know. On top of that, he was professional, kind, and just fun to talk to. He turned a stressful situation into a surprisingly positive experience.
While it seemed a bit expensive I was so pleased with the service from Eli. He explained everything thoroughly and seemed very knowledgeable. He was a joy to chat with. He is definitely an asset to Dean’s Home Services.
