I called Dean’s after my furnace stopped working. The technician came out while only my grandmother was home, and I feel the situation may have been taken advantage of. When he toggled the gas supply, he noticed a slight leak at the pressure regulator valve. He then shut everything down and told me that both the furnace and the gas piping needed to be replaced.
