I had a free inspection of sewer line by Amanda and Sam. They were friendly and fun and I was able to see everything on camera.
My mom is 74 years old and lives in Elk River, MN. She had Dean’s come out to drain her hot water heater. The service tech told her she had a leak in the tank, which she did not have the day prior, and he told her a “handle” was missing so he couldn’t do the drain. He told her because her water heater was 24 years old, she needed a new 50 gallon tank. He showed her an invoice on his cell phone for it costing $536 dollars to install the next day.
