Eric W helped me today with two Faucets in our home that were not functioning properly. He was on time respectful of my home and of my time and gave me clear transparent pricing for the jobs that I ultimately did not hire him to do. However he was respectful and competent and if I have any major needs in the future I would not hesitate to call Dean's and ask for Eric W.
Good response on phone call , very polite Technician explained, what was the problem, how it’s going to fix and if customer asked questions and explained his work very patiently and triple times checked around the work place if leakage spotted or all good , not much noise when he was working , this was my first service and it’s good , thanks
We loved working with Eli—he was outstanding. We’ll likely request him every time. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and transparent, guiding us through the entire process while teaching us things along the way that we’re genuinely glad to know. On top of that, he was professional, kind, and just fun to talk to. He turned a stressful situation into a surprisingly positive experience.
