We went to the Beaufort location today to inquire about new gas logs for our home. The person at the front desk was less than welcoming, it was as though we were bothering her. And even though we shared that we were referred by friends she was rude and condescending. Finally another employee interjected and tried to help answer a question I had. We left very disappointed and wished we had not stopped by...we know where we will NOT be doing business!
Have the big snow storm bearing down on us. Saw the Dean’s truck at the next door neighbor. Asked the driver (wish I had his name) if he could top off my tanks! Finished the neighbors house and came right over and filled my tanks! Thank you very much Deans!
Very responsive and courteous company with excellent service.
