700불짜리 다초점 안경 맞췄는데, 그냥 전체적으로 나쁠건 없는데, 딱히 좋은 점도 없다. 특히 친절함이 전혀 느껴지지 않는다. 직원들이 손님을 그냥? 왔네 . 안경 여깄어요. 가져가세요. 이런 느낌임. 안경 찾으러 갔더니 안경을 꺼내주지도 않고, 박스채주면서 당신꺼 여기 있으니 가져가세요. 이런식임. 피팅이런건 아예 신경도 안쓰더라. 이거요? 원래 이래요. 이런식임. 친절하게 꺼내주고, 잘맞는지 신경써주고 이런 안경점이 널려있는데 왜 굳이 여길가야 하나? 그런 느낌이 들더라. 안경점도 서비스 직종인데, 직원들 교육좀 시켜라. 이런 곳은 결국 사라지더라.

I purchased glasses for my children a few months ago. When one pair became bent during sports, the staff kindly adjusted it. They even replaced the dirty nose pads with new ones at no cost. They also always handle my insurance reimbursement smoothly. Friendly, professional service every time. Highly recommended!
젊은 20대 남자 직원분? 너무 싸가지가 없어서 놀랐아요. 고객응대 어떻게 해야하는지 처음부터 배워야할듯, 개념이 없는건지 뭔지.. 친구한테 대하듯 말 툭툭 내뱉고 답답하면 짜증내기. 왜이러는거죠? 딘스안경 원래 친절하고 가격도 좋아서 이용했는데 이제 안가려고요, 기분만 더럽네요
