I just met Dean and feel he is someone you can trust and has great character. I would be very surprised if he or his employees were deceitful and regularly overcharged. It would be worth your while to call them first.

I asked them to come and give me a second opinion on some electrical work i had by someone else, they spent 10 min checking, then said all looks fine, charged 149$, never disclosed the cost before they came in or when they showed up
