Our experience with Deans was terrific. He has resurfaced two patios for us. They look incredible. We then had our garage floor epoxied about a year ago. Shortly after it yellowed a lot. I called Dean about it. He asked for pictures and said that shouldn’t have happened and he would take care of it. Apparently (if I understand it correctly), his supplier had him use a different top coat than he generally used and that was the issue. They finished it yesterday and it looks terrific! We had a new pool installed last year and the concrete for the pool deck and the existing concrete patios were clearly different colors.
