Quick but overcharged Deans seemed like a very friendly shop, but that was before they gave me my bill. My check engine light had come on. Since I do not own a diagnostic computer to check the problem, I took it to this shop to find out what was wrong. Personalized Service at Dean's Automotive I have taken several different cars to Dean's and have been extremely satisfied in every instance with the service I've received and with the effectiveness of the repairs. The owner is on-site daily and makes sure that all his staff is working up to the owner's standards. The waiting area is clean and pleasant. They always call me with estimates when they say they will. The car is generally ready when they say it will be, and if they are going to be late, they always call me with ple... read more
Incomparable Service and Expertise Before we moved out of California last September, we gave our car into the expert care of Deans Automotive. Because Deans shop believes in fixing little problems before they become big problems, our car is still in excellent condition although 10 years old! We have been so pleased with their work, that one of our daughters and one of our son-in-laws have brought in their cars. We have sent several friends from the Elks Lodge in Palo Alto as well, and everyone has only praise for the work th... read more
Dean's Automotive has the Best Service! I love this shop! I like the fact that if my husband wants to see what is being done on the car, they will let him, or show him the "bad" part. I take the van in for oil changes and repairs if needed. I do not understand car lingo, I take it in, they check it out, and call my husband to tell him what is the problem.
