Had a issue with my Ford Ranger Transmission while travelling Australia made a mercy dash back to Brisbane. I have had a service done with these guys previously and knew they knew their stuff.. Turned out the Trans was buggered so a complete reconditioned Gearbox was my best option.... The Ranger is now going stronger than new. i took my mazda CX5 to the Boxstop at underwood for a service. i was told i need a new gearbox.someone on facebook recommended i try Deans Automatics and after a phonecall i booked it in to see what was needed. Deans did a diagnostic test and called me to tell me i didnt need another gearbox, just a transmission mount. I also got it serviced and the total cost was under $!000. Very happy with the service on our 2016 Hyundai I30. However I do have a question. When we picked the car up, We were told the filter is flushed several times instead of changing it. That's ok if that's what's done, I suppose, we were told that a filter change in that model would cost approximately $8000.00, surely this can't be true. Online even the dual clutch system appears at most $1300.00. Curious 🤨
Fault found and repaired within couple of days for a mini cooper 2009. Great service from these guys.
