Five stars isn’t enough. I took my Lancer in with a complex limp mode fault that had been dragging on for weeks. Dean not only took the time to thoroughly check the transmission and electronics, he confirmed it wasn’t a mechanical issue, gave honest advice, and even recommended the next step for me to take.
