Its hard to find good honest shops, and this is one. Dean is very knowledgable and helpful, and doesn't try to take advantage or oversell things. I had transmissions issues while driving through and Dean was very helpful over the phone in trying to troubleshoot the issue. He scanned my codes and after finding it was the throttle valve actuator, I was able to replace the part myself. I still wasn't able to clear the codes after installing the part, so I came back and he reset my codes and spent almost 30 minutes driving and w... read more

Like so many other reviews I saw before taking my car to Dean, he hooked his monitor to the car and rode with me driving so he could determine the cause of the issues I was experiencing. He gave me his honest opinion and did not do like a lot of places do and just try to take my money by saying I needed something that may or may not resolve all my issues.
