Very poor workmanship along with customer service. Booked my windscreen on my 2021 y62 in to be replaced a few months ago, the team came out on a Friday afternoon, and definitely got the Friday afternoon job. The scratched my roof trying to take off the silver trimming and scratched my bonnet taking the windscreen out. When finally getting through to the branch manager she assured me not to take it any further and she will send some one out to assess and cover all damages.
