I asked them if they could identify a piece of wood. The lady said she's never seen wood with those kinds of markings before. They were saw marks.

Went on my lunch break to the Shreveport location. Door was locked. No sign on door saying they weren’t open. I got back in my truck, and saw what I assume to be an employee get out of their car carrying some fast food and unlock the front door and go in. I went to the one if Shreveport to get wood for making cutting boards. The staff was very friendly. They helped me find what I needed and loaded it in my truck!
