Not very helpful or friendly. Don’t rely on their web page, they clearly don’t update it. The prices are high and you don’t get to select your wood. They will bring out what they selected for you. Having said that, the wood I bought was good quality. I will likely drive further to get my wood next time just because I want to purchase from a business that acts like they appreciate your business.

Not many good options for the high price you have to pay. Don’t expect to pay with a check and be ready for an extra fee when paying with card! No dimensional lumber either, all the ones I got had waned edges and messed up ends. Boards were all stacked and wrapped so I couldn’t sort out the good from bad pieces. I would recommend making the trip to hooks and getting better wood for better prices at Philips. 5 hickory boards with waned edges and messed up ends shouldn’t cost almost $200 alone. My god...plywood prices are obscene. Birch plywood..$ 65 per sheet. Solid poplar..$4 per board foot. Dakota in dallas Texas...plywood $28 per sheet. Can't tell me that the cost is over 100% higher in Tyler tx. Come on man.
