I was scheduled with Jamie two weeks prior, and was promised I would get Jamie. When I had arrived to my appointment, it was another lady who look very judgmental, who sat me down and barely conversed with me before starting the haircut. The ladies are very nice but don’t come here for color correction. I had pale greenish/bluish hair and wanted to go blonde or a balayage mix. Instead of neutralizing it or telling me they couldn’t fix it they bleached it with vol. 30 and pushed the green further into my hair and stained it. (I didn’t know this would be a problem until I went to another salon afterwards) every other salon I talked to on the phone also told me this was the worst decision to make. I had to go dark because it was impossible to fix.

**UPDATE** I've gotten some trims, but STILL have burnt hair, haven't even been able to color it since this. It's growing finally down to the top of my ears, this is so so traumatic, I have still heard NOTHING from Owner, pathetic, hope you get shut down. Robin is amazing, however I could not get booked with her for awhile so I was referred to philesha, she did highlights that turned my hair orange, and were very disproportionate, they offered to do it over so she did the foils set me under the dryer and forgot about me beca... read more
