**UPDATE** I've gotten some trims, but STILL have burnt hair, haven't even been able to color it since this. It's growing finally down to the top of my ears, this is so so traumatic, I have still heard NOTHING from Owner, pathetic, hope you get shut down. It was nice to be back and receive exceptional service. I got many compliments on my nails.
