Deanna and her team clean for me 2 times per month. I have a 3 story townhouse and I also have 3 pug doggies. They are always timely, focus on my floors as a top priority, and add in the extra touches of care into her cleaning 🧹 routine. She’s reasonable in price as well in this insane economy! You will be happy with their quality of service!
If I could give 10 stars I would! Deanna & Andre were absolutely incredible. I used Deanna’s cleaning services for the first time and my house has never been so clean. Andre was so thorough with his service, nothing was missed. After my first service, I immediately requested for a recurring clean. Thank you Deanna and Andre! I look forward to your continued business.
If I could give a negative star I would. This lady did a quote walked through my home, booked her for a deep cleaning (5hrs) and she never showed up, never called back…nothing. I explained I was Active/Full time military and had to take time off work to get my home clean in the Hampton Roads area but clearly she didn’t care. DO NOT waste your time; very unorganized and she will NEVER follow up with you. So much for supporting black businesses…so disappointed. Any excuse she replies with to this post .. ignore it.
