My family had been going to Deanna for years, we love and highly recommend her!
I am so disappointed in the care that is being provided by this provider. My mom was recently discharged from the hospital to home with an ankle fracture. I called Deanna to get a home care order, so my mom could be followed up with therapy and nursing at home since the skilled nursing facility discharged her home without home care.
