Andrea was great every step of the way. I was selling my house in West Indianapolis and she barely put it on the market, and we had people looking at it. She helped me through the process of getting it ready for pictures and to the actual process of closing. She really helped me when I had questions with any of the steps, and was there to answer any questions even the ones I thought were dumb.
Andrea did an amazing job! She was kind and patient with us as first time home buyers, explaining everything and always ready to answer all our qustions. She got us a great deal on our new house and made sure everything was in order before we signed anything. Would definitely use her again.
We would not have our dream home if it weren't for Andrea. She was very responsive and demonstrated knowledge/experience through the whole process. We got into the house for our tour (without having even met beforehand) and then she helped us quickly write up an offer that was selected by the seller. We worked on a tight schedule to prepare/list our home at an accurate price and are on contract to sell just a few weeks later. We were even surprised by a thoughtful gift at closing :) Thank you, Andrea!
