Got a notification that a transaction from my account that I did not authorize was made to CrossCountry Mortgage, when I am not enrolled in autopay. When I informed customer service on the matter, their incompetent employees said they can’t refund me back my money until it is with them completely and could care less about me losing my money for a transaction I did not consent to. I had to contact my bank to place a block on CrossCountry Mortgage so they cannot risk stealing my money without my consent for future payments. Ab... read more
