I went to DeAnna Eldred for back problems related to spasms. Her assessment and plan for my recovery were spot-on. Over an eight week period, she progressed me through a regimen of stretches and postures with a fixation on the muscles of focus. As a result, I now have a higher quality of daily activity without pain and a daily stretching routine for reinforcing that. I am deeply grateful.
